The price of Single Die is lower than Progressive Dies’. There are pros and cons of Single Die and Progressive Die. A Single Die can produce a work piece in a process or 2-3 process. Thus, it can be Compound Die upon the inquiry of customers such as saving time in setting up, human resource or machine. Because of more than 40 years’ experience, we can design Single Die for meeting the requirement of customers via designing by using special program such as Uni Graphic and Auto CAD. We control production process in order to send quality Die to customers. A single die is a Die that can be developed to be Transfer Die which process quickly such as vehicle component in vehicle industry. It is designed to use with work piece conveying device such as robot wrist, conveyor or other system. Transfer Die can produce big components quickly. The big components can not produced by Progressive Die. Therefore, Transfer Die is a tooling that response with customer’s inquiry about lead time of production.
